I love Amish and Mennonite cooking and lifestyles. I write and read a lot of Amish stories. I have one here on Channillo called "Lessons to Learn." I'm writing the ending and quite sad about it, because I have to say goodbye to these characters---for now. I have about 6 other Amish stories and outlines in the works for Channillo in the future, sort of all tied together. Your cake looks wonderful! I'm going to have to make it REALLY SOON.
